I found a fix to the twitter app issue. . Followed the steps & haven't had a problem in 24hrs.

I have been having the same problem for the last few days. I was starting to wonder if I was the only one having this issue. I don't know if the latest Note8 Security is causing the issue.

When I pre-ordered the Note7 last year I didn't take the free offers from AT&T. You can use the information off of your phone box & receipt to show Samsung proof of purchase & then get free items you want. Well at least they did that last year.
