I do have clock work recovery but is it safe to install the rom are any stable? I dont want to brick my phone

I have achived root and i dont think i installed a rom and i have removed some of the stock Sprint apps that come with the phone bc i kno i will never use them. but how do i make sure that its not effecting my phone and check if a rom was installed? Also I never received the triangle is that bad?

I have the sprint version n have root but dont know which rom is best and if to flash one at all? Ive deleted some bloat ware but have no back up and i dont think its effected anything but how can i be sure?

I got galaxy s4 and got screen protector same day as phone well 2 weeks after having it i dropped it and the sceen cracked what should i replace it with? And how do I get it? What is the best case also?
