Samsung 8 plus on Sprint here. Also did Sprint chat, 2 Sprint store visits, got a SIM card swap, plus two Samsung chats AND "brand" reset ... Nothing works. Still roams. And we're in SC. So the BS about towers doesn't fly. And my husband's Sprint iPhone 8+ works fine in all the same locations...
