If you want to use custom .mp3's or any downloaded files for notifications and or/ringtones you will have to create a new file directory on your sd card using a file explorer. I use es file explorer for this. First create a new folder named media then a subfolder inside of it called audio then...

I would say ditch the iphone 4 and get the droid incredible 2, you will NOT be disappointed!
