I still buy 1-2 new phones p/yr. Currently have the Pixel 4 & Galaxy S20 Ultra. Will probably buy the Surface Duo later this year as well.

They also notice how much better Galaxy S7 & Note 7 displays look next to theirs... It's a significant difference. Especially outdoors.

That's not true. Nexus and Galaxy phones have held good resale value in the past. And using iOS is vastly different than Android. Everything from notifications to Google Now... Going to iOS feels like a step backwards.

Most Note 7 users I know went with an S7 Edge instead. Don't know anyone who went to iPhone. I chose to go with the Pixel XL.

Umm, if you pre-ordered, you should have picked up your swag when you first picked up the phone. I got mine with the phone. Don't think they're doing anymore swag.

I agree. That's the most unfortunate part of all this. Samsung was in a roll after the S7 Edge and then the Note 7... To the point that people weren't even looking forward to the next iPhone. Horrible time for something like this to come along and derail the brand. Awesome phone though. My...

I'm perfectly happy with my Note 7... Unless you're one of the . 001% who has had their battery exclude, I don't see what there is to be left down by.
