will I incur any additional charges by having the data roaming box checked?

question, when im on wifi I get a error message saying"data roaming,youve lost connectivity b/c you left your home network with data roaming turned off"why am I getting the error message?

I did put my ear to the speaker.im referencing the volume booster apps b/c if im in another room and I get a call or txt,etc the volume is somewhat lowq,I would like to find a volume booster app that increases the volume of the txt,call coming in etc.

did that I cant really tell s difference.

does anyone know of any volume booster apps for the turbo?i have went thru 10 at least and not a single one works .I had volume + on my razr maxx but I upgraded to the turbo and it does not work .the dev said there was nothing he could do to allow it to work.
