They were totally useless on chat, I am now in contact with them via email. It just happened again since changing them on Oct 30th. So that is around 48 hours. I am not sure if that's typical, I will have to keep observing That's good to know that it's an odd thing to be happening though...

It's not to do with Whats App, that's just an example he is using I think. The problem is the with notification settings for showing sensitive content on lock screen. At least in my case, it is to do with that. I don't even have WhatsApp. I just don't want someone to be able to steal my phone...

Thank you I will try it out, it takes a while for it to change though, not sure how long, so I guess I would have to keep it in safe mode constantly? I think I would first have to monitor the phone to see how long it takes to change otherwise I am not going to know when I should expect it to...

Hi Thomas, did you get anywhere with this? I also have a Nokia and I'm having the same problem. Their customer service is useless so far
