All other Bluetooth works perfectly. Car and all media devices work without any problems. Remember, I tried it with all the other phones with same problem. No phone works. Only the tablet. Even a phone not with 5.1.1

OK I'm completely lost now. Thought it was the update. Connected it to the S4 I posted about using Android Wear and device disconnects immediately when walking away. S4 is on 5.0.1. I have absolutely no idea what's going on. Only the tablet works with it and stays connected without any problems.

I know all of this. I have reset the watch over ten times now. I just reflashed the firmware on my S6 Edge plus, reset the watch, downloaded and paired with Android wear. Walk five feet away, device disconnects. Have to be right next to the watch for it to work
