i am finally solved this problem... thanks for read : solution: goto Setting - Applications - Manage Applications choose tab -> ALL Find the application -> Download manager DO -> Clear Cache, clear data or force stop and Finish result : Facebook buil notification bar missed. :pgood luck:D
