Same here, have a 2015 Ford Escape with SYNC and I can only call but can´t reproduce any media, have someone heard about a fix from samsung?? Its pretty frustating! I have a 2015 with SYNC and do have this same issue =( how can I check which SYNC version is installed on my SUV?
