I finally gave up and ordered my phone through Amazon today. I ordered on 8/16 confirmation said will ship week of 9/2. That came and went got an email that said we've hit a speed bump and expected ship date 9/15. There's been no movement so I think they're full of ****... I spoke to CS...

I originally ordered a purple 512gb note 9 on the 10th decided I liked the blue better and canceled on the 16th and reordered the blue. Was given a delivery date of the week of Sept 2nd. Been on the phone since then and they have been lying through their teeth saying it's sent to the fulfillment...
