Mine had the issue, but I just returned it to wait for a true fix, ie something on the production level in a new batch. I just know that I would find an issue with any replacement I got now because I would be looking so hard for one...... I'll revisit the device in a few months

I'm returning mine today.... bought it at Sams Club. The glass seemed fine at the start but has worked its way loose to where I feel it move when clicking on the left side. I'm not worried about a replacement right now. I'll give it another try in a month or two as long as the newer batches...

Mine has it. Left side moves noticeably and creaks a bit. I'm just gonna return it and wait a few weeks for a new batch to come out. Not too big of a deal. I'm surprised how much I've enjoyed the thing and I'll buy again for sure.

One thing? Cost/performance ratio. $250 for a device with these specs is quite a deal. If amazon didn't change the market with the Fire I bet this would be $299/349.
