Did you do nandroid back up on 2.3.7? You should be able to boot into recovery and select your previous rom and re flash it. It is very simple

If you do not want to do a full wipe then go with the NSCollab 1.0.51 rom. you can get it off of rom manager. it is a CM7 hybrid so to speak that is very stable and includes wallet in the build. I have been on CM7 nightlies for a while and really like this NSCollab rom right now.

Do you have Google Voice? If not, go ahead and install it and port your original cell number over to it. Sprint with the NS4G this feature is free. It is a great voicemail client as well as transcribes voicemails to text very well and delivers them in sms format.
