No. But the quick settings stuttering disappears if you open it when you're in certain apps or if you pull it down without unlocking your screen. And the new update for the Google launcher today has made no difference to the stuttering in my phone.

Re: Moto X Play Processing reviews Most animations are lag free for me. But I see a major lag when opening quick toggles. I'm guessing most of these stuttering problems can be fixed with a software update.
