+1 This worked for me as I am running "Stock" Android with "Stock" Recovery. Enter Recovery mode, when you see Android on his back with "No command!" -- hold Power, press Vol+ once.. then wipe cache and reboot. Thanks guys!

there is a setting for "allow gestures" for zooming, etc. I had this on originally and it's terrible! It's easy to zoom in but hard to zoom out. Turn it off completely and you'll be good.
