Dont mean to hijack this thread, but have never used connect so far. Is it something that grows on you the more you use it? is there a lot of convenience that it offers? I know i can just use it and figure out but thought would get your opinion first !

I have had this issue as well. been meaning to post it but have been lazy. Clearing the data/cache did not work for me, what worked for me though is the post where someone describes how to fix it on a Nexus 5. Thanks !

Hi Xperts, Could you recommend a site from where I can reliably unlock my MotoX as well as my iPhone5 so that they work with any sim card I am out of the country at the moment and my phones do not work, unlike what I was told by my service provider :( Thanks !

so will a factory reset not wipe out all data from the phone? and should it not set it back to pre-update times?

Tried that, if i type slow or use the swiping feature dont see the issue. its when i type fast, but i never saw that earlier, im sure my typing speed has not changed after kitkat released :)

yeah tried this yesterday, worked well when I was within 3-4 feet of the phone, not beyond that. I would have been happier had it worked when in the 8-10 feet range
