Need one for my girlfriend

I have both the 3.22 RUU and .zip.

It is locked using 'fastboot oem lock'. I got it during the 'sending' portion of the install. It fails and gives me the Error 155. I have a lot of other odd problems when trying to fastboot flash things, too. Not sure what I can do about any of this.

Okay so I've unlocked the bootloader, S-OFF'd, changed to superCID, relocked and tried to run the RUU.exe. I keep getting Error 155: UNKNOWN ERROR. Not sure what to do here. I've also tried using the CID BS_US001 and also some combinations involving an unlocked bootloader. All the same error.

But don't I need to unlock the bootloader to do this?

I have no idea what exactly I'm doing with HTC devices since I've come from Samsung. My phone is a totally stock Google Edition phone so what exactly would I need to use the Developer Edition RUU on my phone? Most of the guides or threads I've read only talk about either carrier versions to...
