you need to go into the play store and download a app called ROAMNEST . then change you radio frequency to TD-SCDMA/UMTS this is the frequency i have the best reception with on my att note8. or theres another 1 that will make it 3G and give you a way better signal i went from 113 DBMS TO 88 DBMS...
