Been considering this myself. Thanks for the update - inspires me to do it as well. One question - I have a 32gb wifi N7 but finding a replacement motherboard for 32gb is really difficult. Any ideas if it would work if I swapped it with a 16gb motherboard? Any help is appreciated.
