I've had exactly the same problem for a couple months now. Talked to a rep at verizon, reset phone to factory settings, got a REPLACEMENT phone. Still having the same problem. My YouTube works fine on 3g but loads forever on 4g. Please assist me. I'm tired of switching to 3g to watch videos.
