I just got a bunch of Sprint crap when I restarted my phone yesterday. Stupid shortcuts on my screens - home screen rearranged. . Sprint zone just updated again upon restart. Is there anyway to stop this? I restart my phone pretty often cause I seem to get google services battery drain/wake...

Cell standby is now in the top of my list on battery usage. It seems to have weak signal at my office and it hasn't before. Also, my phone doesn't seem to doze like it did before this update. I'm definitely seeing more battery drain. Highly disappointed.

What about Sprint?

Gosh! The S6 is awful. Loved the phone. Hated the battery. It's so bad I wish they'd roll out the S7 asap. I need a new phone badly.

I've seen your battery life. I'm on sprint. Not sure it's carrier dependent. But it's the people that have drain that make me second guess the phone.

I'd be all up on this phone if I could guarantee your battery life. I've been watching this thread cause I returned three S6 phones, and I just don't know if I feel confident in the note 5 battery life. I'm jealous of 2 hours at 100%!

Thanks! We returned the S6 phones and rolled everything back to our old phones. I was unable to decide for sure if the note 5 would actually suffice in terms of battery. Not sure what we will do next

I just checked for updates on Sprint and there was one. . .and it said battery usage optimization. I'm curious if it will help?

Re: Android System draining battery. hybucket - that's where I am with the S6. I unplugged about 5:45 this AM. 4 hours later I'm at 80%. I'll be slightly above 50 when I leave work at 3PM. Then it goes downhill fast from there. This is super disappointing.

I haven't read the whole thread, but I'm on Sprint - 3 lines all with S6 phones. None of use are getting more than 3 hours SOT. HOW are you all doing this? I refused to cripple my phone to get better battery life.

Re: Android System draining battery. How does anyone go a day with this phone? 24 hours? I'm lucky to get 12-13 and maybe 3 hours of SOT, but that's pushing it.

T-mobile isn't so hot in my area. We can't really decide what to do. I'm one of the odd people that like Samsung's Touch Wiz I guess. . . . I haven't really had any other smartphone (the HTC hero long ago, but I barely remember it). So I'm nervous to switch to Motorola. . . But gosh this S6...
