I am having the same issue - for the last two weeks on Galaxy S22 Ultra. It's driving me nuts. I'm surprised I can't find anything official about it via a google news search. We can't be the only people on Earth with this issue. I'm on Xfinity Mobile (so essentially Verizon). Restart fixes it...
