If you press colume up/down on the side of your phone a little volume slider will pop with with what looka like a 'options cog' on ita right hand side, quickly press that and it ahould show each individual sounds volume setting, basic but worth a try!

Have a search for a tool on the play store called 'malware bytes' if you get the chance, that'll kill any nasties manifesting inside :)
