If for no other reason than 6 months of security patches, I want nougat and will be updating the day that VZW makes it available.

I went with the UAG case, as it's MILSPEC certified. Which I've tested and validated. Easy to get on, low profile and the button action is a noticeable improvement. Don't have a screen protector, as I've never yet had one that works to my satisfaction

my wife knows someone who walked out of the store, dropped and broke her new phone, so for her new Rezound, a Bullfrog case got purchased @ the same time as the phone. Especially since she works with kids with Aspergers. Better safe than sorry. :D

I looked at the galaxy, the motorola's and settled on the Rezound for my wife. To her the thin flat phones felt uncomfortable. She really likes the Rezound aside from the typical battery life woes.
