It's way too beautiful to hide under a case. If I scratched it up to bad I could cover it then, or if it's broken I have insurance to replace it. So, am I going to cover it to protect it for the person I sell it to in a year? No way!!!

I guess that the saving grace is that after a few days of no lights I find myself a little freed up. I check for things when I feel like it, which is often, LOL, and I'm not ruled by a flashing light... ;)

I'm with you. I'm hoping that HTC, or someone, will figure it out!

I have an AT&T model, and no notification lights, and I REFUSE to do a factory reset after all of the hours that I've put into setting it up the way I want it!! I love the phone, so if anyone comes across a fix that hasn't already been mentioned, please let me know!! Thanks!!!

Re: Sync to M8 from GS4 I don't know yet, I don't remember if I got S Memo from playstore or if it was a Samsung app.

I ordered my M8 yesterday, and am trying to get my ducks in a row for setting it up. Will it be difficult to transfer everything from my Galaxy S4? I'm most concerned about contacts, calender, tasks, and memos. I'm set up on Google for all of that, and have already sent my memos, from S Memos...

Gtasks is working great for me, haven't had any issues, and it instantly syncs with my PC.

I tried Gtasks, and it works like a champ, thanks for the great info! I knew all the ins and outs of Blackberry, but have a big learning curve on Android... Android does so much more, and is so much more advanced, I'm loving it!!!

Is there a simple way to enter a task on gmail on my PC and have it transfer to tasks on the calender on my S4?

I just got an S4 after 6 years on Blackberries, so I'm going to have many dumb questions!!! I see that when I enter a new contact or add info to an existing contact on Google on my PC it automatically adds the changes to my phone. Is there also a way to get a contact that's on my phone to go to...
