Not really.. i mean yeah im sure they do have stricter things n what not, considering i don't see any glitches on my phone, but it's also the adding a bunch of useless apps that you can't delete like That football app..

So no one actually has it then? And it sorta sounds like if you go and buy it'll have it right off the bat... But i am tired.. so i don't know..

I bought mine through Verizon n i guess the have a 14 day time period to return it.. also LG has a one year warranty for the phone, but i dont know what it covers.. you might get lucky and n it'll cover drops n what not.. I hope everything work out for you!!!

This happens to me time to time, just clean the, sensor with a soft fabric Like the eye glass cloths. . It'll. Happen later, you just gotta clean it, but if the sensor isn't aligned right, just get a new one
