    The United States Wi-Fi Model is powered by a Quad-Core 1.9 Ghz Processor.

    Everything works. Your only using a launcher from the PlayStore. if the device is rooted (Jailbroken, Hacked) then no.

    The US Version comes with quad-Core 1.9 Ghz processor. Overseas used Octo-Core.

    Apex launcher is great. You get the 4.3 stock ability, but you maintain Samsung's TouchWiz UI.

    There is a report, that Samsung will supply a software update to enable Octo-Core Products to use all 8 Cores. Products include the Octo-Core Galaxy S4....etc
