Ok, just an update.. The jumping has not stopped, keeps appearing in couple of days, stays ok for couple of days. So my initial suspect MX Player is not the culprit. Phew.. I have taken the plunge and reset to factory settings to see if this solves the issue. It is as good as new, no Apps...

I am suspecting the MX Players H/W+ decoder to be the cause. I did clear cache a couple of times again now after Uninstalling that app. The jumping seems to have stopped or reduced to once a day. I had done that before starting the thread here too but looks like that was result of some leftovers...

Nothing happening to me now after another update from my operator few days ago. Life is good. No crashes, no ridiculous battery drains, no hanging. NO CRIBBING.

There are already few threads on this issue.. The blowing air works for a while and again stops working.. I had to get the module changed at Samsung while under warranty.

I have gotten a resetted fresh phone from Samsung preloaded with Kitkat due to my other issue of Proximity sensor stopped working. That issue is another story.
