    Flash the ROM that ends in NB1, then update before you try rooting again.

    You were probably on a newer version than that. Try using Odin to go to NB1. If you need directions, you can find them at XDA.

    I'm rooted so I did not get it. Got it on my girlfriend's phone. It bumps the version up to NI1. Updates are connection fixes and security updates. It's already rooted by the devs at XDA.com.

    I bought a 32gb Toshiba from Amazon about a month ago and have had no problems at all. It was under ten dollars.
