OK guys. With perseverance and all your help I've managed a full factory reset. I'll not put sensitive data on it. That way if it happens again I'll take it back. Got 6 months warranty. I've managed to get into the reboot system now. After cleaner the buttons as one person suggested. I've done a factory reset. Just incase it was anything he downloaded or accessed etc. It's started to load and has spent the last 10 mns on the Nokia screen!

I'm not sure if it's been dropped. I've cleaned the area of the buttons. The power button is clicking so I'd assuming it making and disconnecting the contact inside?? It's still on a loop and I'm trying over and over. But still no luck to get past the android laying down.

Hi. I've tried that bit didn't work. I've tried quick presses and long presses. Nothing I also used down vol and power just incase. No response. Just goes back into the same loop.

So I have no idea what I'm doing. 90% YouTube and such websites like this generally help. Anyway. I have a Nokia 6 which is stuck on a loop first display is "powered by android" second display is "please release key to power" with a 10 second countdown. This has happened a few times in the past...
