Update, yep still doing it in safe mode.

I have yet to do that, but its not something installed as it does this after a fresh factory reset.

I've had my S20 since March 4th. The first video I recorded I don't notice it, but every video after that I notice it. Occurs on 60fps video modes both 1080p and 4K 60fps. The whole video is shaky like someone with shaky hands even when on a tripod. Its even more noticable when zoomed in...
