Did you disable the "Game optimizer" feature under "Battery & power saving" in the settings? I don't play games but disabled this anyway in case it interferes with other video.

Just got my LG V10 and was excited to try Google Play Music with the hifi DAC. But nothing happens when I toggle the hifi checkbox. The music just keeps playing. That said, I'm still very happy with the power of the amp even without the hifi DAC. Am I doing anything wrong?

The phone does seem much snappier after the update. I was experiencing a lot of lag that was beginning to become unbearable. But I think that lag was brought on by the last update. Hopefully band 12 is still active. Will report back if it isn't.

I notice lag in general with the Idol 3, but I figured that just comes with a low end processor. I love the battery life of the Idol 3, but, when I'm at home, I prefer using my Galaxy Tab Pro 8.3 because it's so much faster.

I'm in Southern California and I've seen my Idol 3 pick up band 12 but only when I'm in the interior of my office building and no other bands work. It seems that the Idol 3 will only use band 12 if all else fails.
