    Can't pull down notification bar!!

    Hi how much did it cost, u had to replace the digitizer essentially ? in my case the area of the bar in horizontal the touch works in the browser or game? pls help resolve as i did a cache clear hard reset and upgrade to ICS nothing seems to work. Cheers HPS
