Just got my replacement. I recommend go to a different store than the one you usually go to. If they ask you where you bought it, just say you bought it from Samsung, but Samsung says come to the store to exchange it. That worked for me, not guarantee it will work for you guys.

I traded my S7 Edge + cash for a brand new Note7, and roughly a week later, Samsung announced the recall. I've lost count of how many times I tried to contact T-Mobile and Samsung, all I got was since I'm not the original buyer, T-Mobile/Samsung wouldn't issue a replacement for my phone...
