Another observation today is that Cell Standby Time On did not accumulate the time it was plugged in, so it seems the Time On just never reset and accumulates when it is not plugged in.

I had this phone a month and noticed that battery use stat seems not right. I think the stat should clears itself when it is fully charged. I charge every night, and it says it is charged in the morning. My phone does not clear the stats so that cell standby is on for days even I just unplugged...
