Hi, I have a Samsung A33 device, after the latest software update a couple of day's ago, u can't now use the III button at the bottom of the screen to clear all apps ect, I'm not tech savvy so if anyone can explain how to fix it in simple jargon that would be great, thanks x

Hi, I've got an LGG4, for the last 4 days my mobile switches itself off, when it comes back on it says invalid sim card, I've searched for a reason but I'm assuming that it's because of an update recently installed, another forum site is inundated with the same problems, all LG mobiles...

Re: Omg! Just found this site after googling as to why my lgg4 keeps shutting down, it's been doing it for a couple of days now, it turns off then back on again but as my updates are automatically updated I'm not sure when any updates were done, it does seem to me after reading other threads...
