i wanted to install some random apps when the phone suddenly told me that the internal storage is full O.o how to get some space? might this be caused by an exploding mailbox?

somehow theres always a small lag between the input and the response of the UI. how can this be fixed? i didnt istall any apps so far, the phone was in use just for a few hours .... also i've read that iceCreamSandwitch supports better hardwareAcceleration O.o ...is it even avaliable for this...
