S Voice sounds very robotic and has an ugly voice. I have tried to download different TTS from Samsung apps however, none of them have shown up in the language engines in text to speech. Does anyone know how to change the language and voice?

I am trying to change the S Voice's actual voice and it doesn't give the option. Any ideas?
