THIS SOLUTION WORKS I just did it. It took me a while to actually get the SDK Manager installed, but once I ran the command and rebooted the phone, I stopped receiving all heads-up notifications. I believe changing the 0 to a 1 will enable it again if you want to do that in the future. I saw...
