I did a little more research into it and apparently "error 22" is fairly common when using Link2SD. I guess the mounting script gets deleted sometimes. Anyway, it looks like the easiest thing for me to do is just backup my apps and wipe the SD card. Thanks :)

I believe Link2SD does the whole thing in one step (once it's set up).

I just want to throw in that Link2SD is probably the best bet. It goes on step beyond the usual app2sd apps. As I recall it will partition part of your memory card EXT4 and use it for cache. I decided to go that route when I couldn't update apps anymore. It seems to have helped fix the issue.
