Premium is the absolute worst! Cracked my note 8, made a claim through premium. Got my replacement note in, had a scratch on it! Said they couldn't replace it since nothing was functionally wrong with the phone. They ended up letting me replace that one . Got my 2nd one. Had 3rd party crap back...
