I think I'm going to have to speak to them again. I just can't understand how Android allows any app to turn on the screen and keep it turned on until you press yes, no or hit the back button, with zero trace back to an app or even the service provider!

Hi Diddy, That was my initial thought so I contacted Zain and showed them a few screenshots. They checked but said it's not from them. Plus I've checked with family and friends on Zain and none of them get any similar notifications, either on android or iphone

Hi there, Nice Catch hasn't worked either, apart from a System UI, "unknown reason" item, although I get many of those anyway.

So the notification popped up today whilst I was on the phone but nothing showed up or is in the saved toasts. It is working as its showing up with system ui's when I copy text, delete emails etc. Any other suggestion?
