I've tried that without success.

I've been dealing with strange marks on my 6P's screen. As you can see in my pic, there are a lot of tiny metallic (shiny silver) marks. I can't feel them with my fingernail. Are these scratches in the coating or something else?

Called the Colorado number (855.291.6255) and immediately had a rep on the line. She told me what the last rep (non-US) said is incorrect and set up a Stericycle meeting request. I opted to exchange in-person to save time. I should hear from Stericycle within a week. We'll see.

Agreed! This goes back to recall-v1. I opted for an "advanced exchange" where they put a hold on my card and send me a new phone, then I return mine and the hold gets removed. While processing, recall-v2 happened and I heard nothing. Took a while to find somebody that understood what I was...

Samsung took my email address and phone number and told me to expect an email regarding an update to the return process. This can't be good...

Re: PSA: How to get your used / second hand Note 7 replaced. Good luck to everybody here. I called a couple weeks ago and was told I'd hear back in 48 hours. Heard nothing. Now you have to wait 4x longer for what's hopefully a different result.
