Update. It was only at the State Fair in MN that I did this. I left and it went back to normal. Odd

App updates on wifi only?

I said screw it and downloaded bluemail. I missed two very important emails this morning. One was sent at 845 and and the other at 1015am. I didn't get notified until after 3 pm. All power saving off. I made sure Gmail wasn't on the list to sleep. This is retarded.... Hopefully bluemail solves...

Looking further into it my GPS is working. Maps work fine. My phone is recgnizing my location fine. It's just applying the wrong time zone. I am a state away from the time zone line. It's not like I am close and the phone is confused.

Easy. It's second nature now. You'd be surprised how fast muscle memory kicks in.

My location is not right after update. I am central Time and when I have clock on auto it shows eastern time. I changed it manually then turned auto back on and sure enough goes right back to eastern time. Location is set to high accuracy and I have wiped cache and restarted with no correction...

No problems here. But randomly I will get a message that the plug is not inserted fully. I just unplug and plug it back in and it takes care of it. Have you tried pushing a little harder? Is there a case on the phone that could prevent it from going all the way in?

I was a note guy. Said it would be the only type of phone I would ever use. I had the 1,2,3&4. The only thing I don't like about the s8+ is you cannot swap batteries. But I don't miss the pen like I thought I would and this phone is a beast. Plus with quick charge and battery tech these days...

I am having great luck with the armour suite plastic one. I was a glass snob for years and I do not mind or notice this one at all. Response is great.

I agree with corpse. Why not try to protect an almost $1000 item?
