My phone has the android version 4.4.4 and to backup my Whatsapp history I have to back it up on my Google Drive account. The thing is, my sd card I have at the moment is corrupted and as we speak I am transferring old files to a new sd card. But I can't back up my Whatsapp chat history anymore...

Hello, I tried doing that and I thought it was fixed, cuz things seemed to work again but after a few minutes I was unable to do anything once again. I am completely out of ideas and desperate to find out what is wrong.

I send a text file to my email and though I am able to open it, when I try to save it it says ''couldn't download, touch to retry''. My dad might have a card reader and I do have a pc.

I don't know if I can save them but when I look text files up in my sd card I am able to open them so there is so issue there I guess.
