My Samsung Galaxy Precedent is randomly rebooting. I only use it for music and filming youtube videos and factory reset it before it started. It doesn't have a safe mode because it's Android 2.2 so I can't figure out what is causing it.

I just got a Galaxy Precedent and use it for a camera and mp3 player. I want to add songs to playlists, but it only lets me add one song or a full album at a time. How do I add songs to a playlist in bulk on this phone? It isn't my main phone, I just use it for a camera and mp3 player.
