This happens to everyone (I'm the dev).. This is caused by a bug in the Accessibility Service and I've confirmed this with the LightFlow dev who has a page here (www.folioflow.com/lightflow/samsung.html) which better explains the issue (it is not limited to Samsung devices)..

I would suggest go through some basic java tutorials, there's plenty about and once you comfortable with those start looking at the Android Developers examples. It'll make much more sense then. I'm a Dev btw, never read any books though, hope that helps.
