    I downloaded a song from Amazon Music to use as a ringtone. It has saved to Online but i need it to save to Offline (SD card) so I can access it and use as ringtone. I have paid for the track. How can i transfer it into Offline? Why did it store in Online?

    all contacts and media lost

    Just switched from BlackBerry Z30 to Moto 3G swapping sim and sd cards over. Worked OK on Moto for 2 days but now lost all contacts which were on sim and all music and photos on sd card. What's happened and how can I restore the mssing files? Gazstoned
