Same issue with a Galaxy S5. Almost randomly 36 hours or so ago, it began sending "Unfortunately, Bluetooth has stopped" messages every minute or two - appears to be during scanning. Since then, I've cleared cache, and now did a factory reset 3 times, always reducing what I am restoring from...
