    You should try uninstalling apps until it speeds back up and then reinstall the same apps while noting speed. This way you can find which one is slowing you down.

    So I downloaded cwm-community-kernal-v8.zip (which shows up as SetupV1.exe on my internal SD card) and when I open SGS kernal flasher and tyr to flash it I get an error message that says the zImage file is not a valid kernal image and the kernal flash failed. Do I need to unzip it on the...
